Services We Provide to Our Clients
Laundry:
- Provide state-of-the art chemical dispensing systems for all products utilized by the customer.
- Maintain and service dispensing equipment at no charge to the customer.
- Periodic water testing i.e. titration, pH testing etc.. to ensure that linen is clean and disinfected per state department guidelines. ASI will make changes in calibration and chemical dilution ratios as necessary to accomplish the proper results.
- Routine service on peristaltic pumps and will check basic operation of washers and dryers at no additional charge.
- Provide repair service on washers and dryers on a billable basis. We will exchange parts under warranty at no charge. Non-warranty parts are billable.
- Provide a solid or liquid laundry detergent dispensing system.
- Provide inservice training for the laundry staff, as requested which will encompass infection control issues, cross contamination, proper usage of laundry equipment, safety procedures.
Dietary:
- Provide state-of-the art chemical dispensing systems for all products utilized by the customer.
- Maintain and service dispensing equipment at no charge to the customer.
- Provide routine service and maintenance on the equipment.
- Check calibrations and make adjustments as necessary to enhance results that may be affected by inconsistencies in water quality due to construction in the area, water main problems, etc. which may increase the total dissolved solids, mineral content and rust levels, etc.
- Provide free service on all dishmachines located at customer’s properties. Any parts not covered under warranty will be billable.
- Provide emergency service on customer dishmachines and dispensing system as necessary.
- Provide In-service training on warewashing procedures and kitchen sanitation.
